Pos...Jill, it's probably not just one thing. <br /><br />Possibly the buyers buy from where they always buy since they know the seller and are comfortable with their products and know their reputation.<br /><br />Or they simply haven't heard of your shop yet. It takes time to get the word out, and even then 'just building it' doesn't mean they will come in droves.<br /><br />Some may shop only at sites that offer free shipping. This can be a big deal as the shipping alone can sometimes more than offset the higher cost.<br /><br />There are probably many more reasons. You probably already know to get the word out via ads in beading and craft magazines etc.<br /><br />Maybe you could offer a special giveaway on a few jewelry artist's blogs.<br /><br />I know its difficult to try and figure out why people don't buy, and also very frustrating. <br /><br />Best of luck!Alicehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07545020113679133121noreply@blogger.com
